Lowongan Accounting Manager - Surabaya Townsquare Mall di PT Graha Megaria Raya

Job Description :

• Responsible to issued invoices to be sent to tenants along with all related supporting documents such as tax invoices.
• Ensuring all bookkeeping, Banking vouchers expenses, AP vouchers, general ledgers accordingly
• Ensure all tenant payment received in corporate bank account and the allocation are accurate. Do all taxes process accordingly.
• Maintain and control fixed asset records in Solomon system and ensure all fixed assets existence.
• Prepare all data required for audit purpose
• Monthly tax report and general ledgers verification

Requirements :

• Maximum 35 Years Old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Accounting & Finance Supervisor.
• Have a very good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel for specific).
• Required Skill(s): General Accounting, Tax, Finance, Cost Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis.
• Critical thinker, problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
