Responsibilities :

• Make long term and short term work plans
• Set achievement targets and monitor work schedules
• Delegate tasks/projects to team members
• Be the primary point of contact for all team needs
• Prepare ways of communicating to all leaders to suit company goals
• Perform quality control on all projects
• Do forecasting and budgeting
• Adjust the project schedule and targets accordingly

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Have experience in (Microsoft Office, MS Project, project management software) at (basic/skilled) level
• Have the ability and experience in project management methodologies
• Ability to organize and time management and good communication
• Honest, accurate and disciplined
• Have the ability to build relationships and good adaptation
