Lowongan Recruiter Lead di PT Aksoro Sabda Nusantara

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment and selection process including posting job vacancy, shortlisting, and interview
• Proceed onboarding, prepare tools and documentation for new employee
• Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirement
• Work with Project Manager for Hiring Strategies
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
• Set up the development pipelines and features together with recruiter team.

Skills Needed:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or similiar
• Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition area
• Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
• Good communication skill and preferably a people person
• Seek for fast growing environment
• Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta (WFO)
