1. Proven experience in recruiting & training
2. Proven experience in conducting & designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
4. Able to provide online training for everyone, anywhere and anytime with lowcost
5. Setting job specifications, description, job analysis, and job competency for a certain position
6. Setting & Updating the organizational structure
7. Setting & Updating employment agreements (PKWT & PKWTT )
8. Preparing induction program for new employee
9. Preparing employment and disclosure of agreement for new employee
10. Preparing exit clearance and an exit interview for termination of employment
11. Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
12. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
13. Research and choose job advertising options
14. Familiarity with headhunters
15. Able to set plans for Career management schemes, Talent Management schemes, pools of talent, and standard career paths.
16. To conduct an analysis of development needs (TNA) for employee competencies, especially in terms of technical competence
17. To develop, implement and evaluate the POSITION COMPETENCIES program for each employee, especially the Supervisor level and above in terms of a leadership program series.
18. To do some administrative activities such as: registering training, preparing all training needs, updating employee training/certification data, creating official ties letters, and updating official bond and promotions data.

Requirements

1. Familiar with Psychotest Tools and Interpretation
2. Expert in micro Expression
3. Know the analysis of lean six sigma
4. Proactive, agile, detailed, independent, & committed attitude toward work
5. Excellent leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
6. Bachelor's Degree in Management HR /Psychology from a reputable University
7. Have proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, People Development, and Organization Development
8. Experience in drafting company documents (SOPs, KPIs, job descriptions, training material, etc)
9. Good English is required
