Lowongan Production Engineer di PT Essentra

We are currently looking a results-driven and confident qualified as Production Engineer. The main role will be responsible to day to day continuous improvement portfolio activities and provide guidance and direction to develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives.

Responsibility and Engagement

• To do analysis to find potential improvement for optimizing production KPI achievement (safety, quality, productivity and waste).
• To lead improvement project and collaboration with operation team
• To support production team for problem solving of specific issues (repetitive or major issues)
• Collaborate with other Essentra site across the world for global improvement project or best practice implementation
• Ensuring implementation of manufacturing best practices in daily operation as well as trouble shooting and standard work instruction to minimize downtime (focus on unplanned dowtime)
• Responsible in ensuring operational equipment maintenance for production and utility done effectively and efficiently.
• Leading the initiative on how to reduce waste especially for the hazardous waste
• Fostering lean tools to be continuously used and implemented for seeking saving opportunity i.e.,PDCA, DMAIC, VSM
• Generating the ideas pipeline for improvement focusing on support the saving initiative
• Ensuring all improvement projects are executed within budget and timeline
• Strict adherence to all Health & Safety, Environmental, Compliance and Information Security requirements

Qualifications

• S1 graduation from university with major in technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering
• Having minimum 5 years working experience in the same field in Manufacturing operation as supervisory level
• Having good presentation skill
• Having good analytical skill (certified green belt six sigma will be more preferable)
• Ability to communicate at all levels, both verbal and written skills including English to an international level.
• Must be an innovative and creative thinker, good technical background and ability to take on and develop new ideas.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel with the lean manufacturing techniques e.g. Six Sigma would be a benefit.
