Job description:
- Provide legal services to the business team, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and product exploration, and risk identification
- Handle project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis
- Advise and guide the business teams on legal issues and develop creative solutions
- Advising on the legal implications of company policies and procedures
- To succeed in this Legal Manager role, you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of legal knowledge and expertise in a business environment.
- Ensuring all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws
- Reporting on legal activities, risks and litigation
- Helping to draft and negotiate contracts
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in the field of legal.
- Maximum 35 years old
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, Strong interpersonal, flexibility, and collaboration must be demonstrated
- Good knowledge in legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review
- Detail, discipline, and willing to learn
- Good Analytical Thinking
