Lowongan T&D – TRAINING & ASSESSMENT SPECIALIST di PT Bumi Suksesindo

This position will responsible to facilitate operational training needs at BSI. Specifically, this position will do Training Need Analysis based on available Matrix Training, managing training module and training budget, being an instructor and assessor for safety/ mobile equipment/ soft skill training, etc.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree from Engineering/ Management, or any related major
2. Minimum 4 years of experience as trainer or assessor, both hard skill and soft skill from mining industries
3. Have CHRS and BNSP TOT Instructor Level IV certification
4. Knowledge for mining business process from department level to unit
5. Experience in facilitating competency based training
6. Mastering Microsoft Offie, especially Powerpoint, Excel and Word
7. Able to conduct training or assessment independently
8. Excellence communication and presentation skills
9. Good at planning, organizing, and controlling
10. Good at English, both written and verbal
11. Good knowledge of HSE and able to implement on daily activities
