The recruiter, a key player in the Waste Management Solution industry in Indonesia, is looking to grow and strengthen their market presence particularly in commercial and industrial sectors.

The Company is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with extensive experience in B2B sales & marketing to join the Company growth.

This role will include the following responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing and developing Sales & Marketing team.
2. Control the end-to-end Sales & Marketing process and delivery until deal closing contract.
3. Target, identify and conclude deals with B2B customers for waste management service in commercial (office building, shopping malls, retail shops, hotels, supermarkets, groceries, outlets) and industrial sectors.
4. Conduct regular business reviews with Sales & Marketing team to track progress toward revenue, growth, and deal closing goals.
5. Understand and evaluate customers’ requirements and coordinate with other departments to ensure products and services are delivered in an efficient cost and timely manner and provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer's needs.
6. Observe periodic market trends and regulations related to hazardous waste (in particular) and identify new potential pipeline (customers and market) opportunities.
7. In terms of reporting, prepare the comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budget and forecast report, analyze the previous results, propose changes to the top management and implement improvement.
8. Having strong capability to keep low customer churn rate.
9. Promote and nurture relationships with current and potential customers, including monitoring contract expiration for renewal.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from reputable University.
2. Excellent verbal, written, and strong presentation and influencing skills in Bahasa and English.
3. At least 5 years in a B2B sales and marketing role, preferably in Real Estate, Property or Facility Management, and Waste Management industry.
4. Minimum of 3 years’ experience being a leader in directly managing sales & marketing team.
5. Proven track record being capable to achieve the revenue and sales volume target and sales KPIs, and to build and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel and customers in the Industry.
6. Strong proficiency in utilizing digital channels as a marketing communications tool to strengthen the Company’s presence in the industry to get sales leads.
7. Solid sales planning with sound commercial acumen, and able to make sales forecast and pipeline.
8. Strong commitment to achieve targets and/or deadlines.
9. Creative, a team player, with strong leadership and management skills.
10. Strong proficiency in digital marketing channel.
11. Aware and have interest in environmental issues.
