Requirements :

·    Excellent of spoken and written English (Japanese is a plus)

·    Experience as sales staff in manufacturing company minimum 1 year

·    Good communication and team work

·    Familiar with computer literacy microsoft office and window applications

·    Mature and self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently

·    Applicants must be able to work in Karawang

Responbilities :

·    Update price customer

·    Control Drawing (hard copy & CD)

·    Control & Issue Invoice / Debit Note

·    Issue PO for new project 

·    Control delivery PO from customer new project & sample part new project

·    Control exchange rate 

·    Supporting import sample part for new project

·    Supporting manager & supervisor related all administation document

·    Supporting customer document request (MPPS, Pre-launch, Surveys, Questionnaire, BAP, Tooling Pictures)
