Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Job Purpose:

Will be responsible to the overall cycle of talent development company and in charge of assessing company-wide developmental needs, driving training initiatives as well as identifying suitable training solutions for employees.

Specific duties and responsibility:

  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end learning processes in the form of training; starting from initiation, design, setting up training facilities, implementing, evaluating methods for hard skills & soft skills training, to monitor activity plan based on Training Need Analysis.
  • Working proactively with business leaders for the department development needs and Individual employee development Plans.
  • Communicate the results of training evaluations to related departments and measuring the work outcomes and competency gap analysis.
  • Create reports and track of training implementation for the organization.
  • Develop and manage employee site communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the local Management and from the Group.
  • Partnership with the HR team for the talent acquisition process; such as hiring strategy in such to create, build, and maintain networks of potential candidates, determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

Requirements:

  1. Excellent in English communication and writing.
  2. Professional experience min. 3 years in talent development / training for Manufacturing Industry.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, or other related degrees.
  4. Detail-oriented & excellent communication skills.
  5. Analytical & passionate about People (& their growth).
  6. Proactive and strong leadership business acumen.
